nothing talki said that’s good i said that’s decent i said you gave it your best but the process was devoid of pleasure and the politics wrapped up in our patriarchal understanding of that which is good or decent or your best is not always accurate and i used to find your naivete charming and now i’m just sinking into the dent it left this small niche in the corner of my skin where the folds part to expose my misunderstanding of that which is good or decent or your best and i’m thinking in the same way that i speak sometimes stuttering and catching my br nothing talk

ah. i'm feeling a bit more at home here at deviantart, and am understanding the process of everything better. i'm feeling a bit more at home in myself as well... taking time to myself is, i'm discovering, an absolute necessity for me. and i think that's good to know about myself. i've been spending more time in conversation with people i've been missing... old friends. and i've been meeting new people as of late, so i am discovering the many benefits of being on a "break" from a relationship... that's good. i'm currently chatting with a lovely womyn i met through deviantart, which is cool. the more friends... the more people i can learn from and grow from... and rejoice in knowing them.

Favourite movie: just one? i'll say waking life.
Favourite band or musician: um... bitch and animal.
Favourite genre of music: what is with this having to choose? i guess... folk.
Favourite artist: ani difranco, definitely.
Favourite poet or writer: i can't pick one. but i'll say... alix olson, captain snowdon, and sylvia plath.
Favourite photographer: my friend jaymie. she's got incredible talent.
Favourite style of art: anything that catches my eye. really.
Operating System: dysfunctioning neurotransmitters.
MP3 player of choice: i'm still busy missing the time of vinyl.
Shell of choice: i try to keep mine soft with friends and hard with society.
Wallpaper of choice: my place is wallpapered with words, poems, lyrics, and quotes.
Skin of choice: my own. i'm quite comfortable in it.
Favourite game: i like playing 20 questions. as long as you don't mind answering.
Favourite cartoon character: calvin and hobbes are both my favorite. because they are so enlightening.
